Who am I?

Why should you listen to me? 

My name is Lesley and I’m a food lover (officially a registered dietitian) and self-proclaimed inflexible yogi (officially a Katonah Yoga Instructor)!  

I’m also a (mad) scientist who’s intrigued by the body and its magical processes. So I basically like to read a lot and use my brain often.  I like to translate from the language of (mad) scientist to average Joe(lene?) to help the world understand the WHY and HOW of participating in your health while also being a human.  

I believe in using evidenced based information to guide our health, but I also believe that personal experiences define our beliefs, how we traverse life and what we can achieve. So I’m here to give you an experience you’ve never had before so you can transform into the person you’ve always dreamed of being.

I have suffered from digestive issues myself and avoided coming to terms with healing it until an embarrassing rash started. I’ve used my love of science, nutrition and methods of self reflection to not only heal my own digestive issues and hormone concerns, but also guided many others to do the same by using a root cause, personalized approach to nutrition and health.

I encourage consistent practices of self-reflection, awareness and liberating preconceptions to help  get you exactly where you want to be.
